Each individual natural person is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on the 6262ph platform. Where 6262ph determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has opened multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device configurations — 6262ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any bonuses, winnings, and pending withdrawals associated with those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 6262ph account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree not to share your login details with any third party.

6262ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, regulatory requirements, or commercial decisions.
In the event of account termination for cause (i.e., resulting from a breach of these Terms), any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.
You may request closure of your 6262ph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method following successful identity verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the 6262ph platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 6262ph.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. The venue for any formal proceedings shall be Metro Manila, Philippines.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, 6262ph retains the right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to enforce any other right for which injunctive relief is appropriate.
